Shelley has been a teacher almost all of her life. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education and a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction, she taught special education for 23 years. She also was the program coordinator and teacher for her school’s gifted and talented program.

In addition to working with students with ADHD over the years, Shelley has an adult diagnosis of ADHD herself… so she understands the issues her clients are dealing with.

Shelley got her life coach certification through Symbiosis Coaching and is a certified HealthRhythms Facilitator.

Shelley loves spending time with her husband Michael, and their two sons, Sam and David.
